The Kronos Homes residential complex, in collaboration with AD Spain, is located in Calafell, Taragona, on the Costa Dorada, and is a perfect blend of freshness and warmth, just like the Mediterranean Sea it overlooks. The 80 m2 are divided into 2 spaces: an open-plan kitchen-diner-living room and an office. The overall idea behind the project is to enjoy the outdoors and to open up the 202 homes to the communal areas that feature a swimming pool, a solarium and landscaped gardens. Cool colours, such as green and blue, the essence of nature, are combined with a crisp, white base and woods, rattans and textures that afford warmth and a feeling of wellbeing. All of these elements are enhanced by the gold accents of brass, ever present in our ambiences. The finishing touches are added by studio designs, such as a dining-room table, geometric wallpapers, turquoise velvets, antique pieces and the poolside photographs of Slim Aarons and Fang Tong.
