SINESTESIA

Sinestesia reimagines dining as a multisensory journey where architecture becomes part of the experience itself. Inspired by the neurological phenomenon from which it takes its name, the project explores the invisible connections between colour, sound, taste and emotion, dissolving the boundaries between the senses to create an immersive environment where every element contributes to the narrative.

The design translates this concept into space through shifting light, iridescent materials and carefully choreographed transitions that constantly challenge perception. From the kinetic façade to the atmospheric interiors, colour becomes movement, architecture becomes illusion, and every room invites guests to experience gastronomy beyond taste alone.

Rather than simply housing a restaurant, Sinestesia proposes a new way of inhabiting space—one where emotion, curiosity and wonder become the true protagonists, transforming every visit into a living performance that evolves alongside its audience.
