La Finca

A project for Kronos Homes in La Finca residential complex. Eye-catching colours, mid-century furniture, trendy photography and a Palm Springs air; shiny lacquers, marbles and brass, powdered paints, a combination of daring patterns, linens, velvets and curtains. Altogether 480 m2 (218 m2 of gross floor area plus 262 m2 outdoors) spread across three floors: a living room dining room combo, a kitchen, a toilet and a terrace; downstairs, three bedrooms that look out over the garden and two bathrooms; and upstairs, a main bedroom bathed in natural light. The imitation wood flooring is made of Porcelanosa porcelain tiles and the white kitchen features high gloss, handle-free cabinets. Aqua green walls, light blue and pale pink and a great deal of wallpaper.
